Description: The 4-hour training program is intended as an entry level worker awareness course designed to increase workers’ knowledge about permit-required confined spaces hazards they may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes the recognition of what constitutes a permit-required confined space, identify the requirements of a confined space written program, employer responsibilities, rescue and emergency services, controlling hazards, worker training, and identify the requirements of the confined space permit system.
